    II. PLATINUM Exhibitor:  $1,700.00   This level offers 1 Presentation
    III.  GOLD Exhibitor: $1,500.00   This level does not allow for any breakout presentations.

    PAYMENTS:
    If you are Paying with a CREDIT CARD:  You will be sent an Email with a Link to pay with your Credit Card and it will create a Printable Invoice for your records.  Provide us the PERSON RESPONSIBLE for PAYMENT and give us the Email address for the person responsible for Payment and the payment email will be sent to this person.
